Senior Software Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide technical leadership to the team, architect solutions 
• Work with teams to build enterprise level software applications with predictable agile DevSecOps model 
• Prepare written software specifications for complex products from architectural diagrams and documents. 
• Contribute to the design, implementation and architecture of new or re-engineered software. 
• Develop and review design, functional, technical, and/or user documentation, as needed. 
• Develop, test, and integrate code for new or existing software of significant complexity. 
• Prepare accurate project status documentation for management. 
• Contribute to resource, schedule, and cost sizing for software development projects of medium complexity. 
• Design and Architect Software solutions 

Essential Requirements:  

• Hands-on experience in Microservices based cloud applications 
• Strong programming skills in Java, Junit is a Must (8+ self-rated on a scale of 10) 
• Preferred experience in spring framework and MVC 
• Proficient in database programming, preferably in Oracle 12c 
• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture and understanding of OO concepts and design patterns 
• Experience with RESTful service 
• Exposure to Agile Development practices would be plus 
• Strong Hand- on Experience with Angular 8+ along with Java Spring, Spring boot applications is a must 
• Other experience with Grunt, Jenkins, JIRA, any IDE and Fortify would be a plus 
• Preferred exposure to Test Driven Development, Automation, code coverage tools
