Job Description

Essential Skill Requirements:

• Graduate Degree, preferably with Computer Science as major
• 6+ Yrs. of IT Service Industry Experience (mandatory)
• 3-5 Yrs. on experience on the Robotic Process Automation technology (mandatory)
• 5+ years of coding experience with UiPath or Automation Anywhere (mandatory) and RPA experience with usage of UiPath as a tool/software (design, development, implementation and support) 
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Visio etc. (prior experience of creating CXO/SVP level presentations will be an add-on)  - preferable
• Organized self-starter
• Excellent communications skills – written and verbal
• Customer Engagement experience with UiPath/Automation Anywhere/BluePrism etc. will be required, with knowledge of documenting process, requirements etc. for SDLC
• Exposure to Agile & SCRUM
• Prior process documentation skills including process flow diagramming, experience with business process management etc.
• Certification and experience in a formal improvement methodology, i.e. Lean, Six Sigma, etc. (preferable)
• Adept in managing multiple projects simultaneously and through the entire project lifecycle
