Service Desk Requirements:

2. This project is a 100% Voice-based ( call taking ) process for the IT Service Desk
The analyst should possess the following skillset:
The Requirement is for Service Desk – Voice process.
Service Desk, Technical Support, Helpdesk Support
· Good in English spoken and written communication
· Experience in Service Desk process
· Should be aware of the contractor Role
· Willing to work in Rotational shift No Cabs for male candidates and women employee will get only drop facility between 8 pm to 6 am.
· Should possess strong technical skillsets on Service Desk Apps ( Microsoft Outlook,AD, server end, Windows OS, Networking , Hardware ) and more
The candidate should have experience in,
- Basic Hardware Troubleshooting
- Exposure to COTS Application and MS Office
- MS Outlook, Operating System Troubleshooting
