Job Description:
- MUST Working experience of 4G/5G Layer-2 software design with emphasis on RLC OR MAC OR L2 scheduler OR L1/L2 interfaces.
· Essential:
- Working Knowledge in MAC protocols (3gpp 38.321 or 36.321)
- Working Knowledge in RLC protocols (3gpp 38.322 or 36.322)
- Working Knowledge in PHY protocols (3gpp 38.211, 38.212, 38.213 & 38.214 or 36.*)
Users of 3GPP and ORAN Specifications – can read, understand and drive requirement and use them for reference towards right implementation
o Experienced in 4G/5G RAN L3 (RRC/RRM/PDCP etc.) Design and Development
o Experts in C/C++ and Computer Science concepts e.g. Data structure, networking, Multi-threading, memory and CPU management
o Excellent Debugging skills
o Good communication skills especially in technical communication
o Good Attitude and Aptitude are MUST
o Must Use Agile/Scrum/Jira
